56ph Terms & Conditions — Rules of Play for the Philippine Market

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 56ph ("56ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 56ph online gaming platform, available at 56ph.one, including all games, services, promotions, and associated features offered therein.

56ph is operated as an online casino and sports betting platform for the Philippine market, operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on 56ph, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms in full and understood their content;
• Are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law;
• Are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• Are not a restricted person as defined in Section 8 of these Terms;
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any updates thereto.

To register and maintain a 56ph account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Philippine law under PAGCOR regulations prohibits online gambling by individuals under the age of 21. 56ph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time;
• Residency: You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines;
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active 56ph account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances;
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order or cooling-off period placed on your account through the 56ph responsible gaming tools or at PAGCOR's direction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered address in the Philippines, and a valid government-issued identification document. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 56ph account credentials, including your username and password. 56ph will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.

• You must notify 56ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your account until 56ph is formally notified of unauthorized access;
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party;
• You must ensure that your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — remain current and accurate at all times;
• Account balances, bonuses, and winnings are not transferable between accounts or to third parties.

56ph implements session timeout, device recognition, and two-factor authentication as optional and mandatory security features. Players are encouraged to enable all available security settings from their account panel.

All transactions on 56ph are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 56ph accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation;
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within 10 to 30 minutes during banking hours;
• 56ph does not charge fees on deposits. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institutions;
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered under your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be refunded or flagged for review;
• 56ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation for deposits that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and PAGCOR guidelines.

Withdrawal requests are available to fully verified 56ph account holders. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval;
• BPI and BDO bank transfers are processed within the same banking business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time;
• Withdrawals must be directed to an account registered in your own name. 56ph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts;
• 56ph does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees;
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Refer to Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions;
• 56ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations.

56ph offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the 56ph Current Offers page, as well as the general conditions set out herein.

• All bonus offers carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements apply only to eligible games as specified per promotion. Contributions from excluded game categories — including certain live dealer tables or low-margin games — may be reduced or excluded;
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry;
• Bonuses are issued on a per-account basis. Households, devices, or IP addresses sharing access may be limited to one bonus claim;
• 56ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of misuse, system error, or regulatory requirement;
• Players who abuse bonus systems — including through multi-accounting, pattern betting designed to reduce risk across accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

All games available on the 56ph platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, video poker, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms.

• All 56ph casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced;
• Live dealer game results are determined by real physical actions in broadcast studios. The 56ph platform records and displays results in real time. All results are final once confirmed by the dealer and system;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 56ph's system will resolve the round as per the game's technical protocol. Where applicable, unresolved bets will be returned to the player's account;
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided where events are postponed, cancelled, or where technical data errors are identified. Voided bets are returned as stake to the player's balance;
• 56ph reserves the right to void any bet placed using erroneous odds published due to system error. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56ph platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where required by law, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, using stolen identification documents, or impersonating another person;
• Multi-accounting: Operating or benefiting from more than one 56ph account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players on live dealer tables or poker games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Money laundering: Using 56ph to process or conceal proceeds of criminal activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160;
• Chargeback fraud: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers after deposits have been wagered;
• System exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or payout anomalies.

56ph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its entire platform. We recognise that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we provide tools to help every player manage their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from account settings. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately;
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure timed reminders that appear during an active gaming session;
• Loss Limits: Self-imposed loss limits prevent further play once a defined loss threshold is reached within a specified period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary exclusion (30, 60, 90, or 180 days) or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request. During exclusion, marketing communications will also be suspended;
• Reality Checks: A periodic on-screen summary of time spent and net results during a session can be enabled from account settings.

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and other materials displayed on the 56ph platform are the proprietary intellectual property of 56ph or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 56ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 56ph platform without prior written consent;
• Game content is provided under licence from third-party providers. All provider marks, game names, and associated assets remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 56ph's liability to you under these Terms is limited to the amount of funds held in your active 56ph account at the time a claim arises.

• 56ph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from connectivity failure, device malfunction, or third-party service interruption;
• 56ph does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, PAGCOR compliance reviews, and unforeseen technical events may cause temporary unavailability;
• 56ph is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security as described in Section 3;
• Nothing in these Terms limits 56ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

56ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The full details of how 56ph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information are set out in the 56ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• Your personal data is used for account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where consented to, promotional communications;
• 56ph does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes;
• Data may be shared with PAGCOR, financial intelligence units, and payment processors as required by Philippine law;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

56ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• The account is the subject of a regulatory investigation by PAGCOR or law enforcement;
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 (e.g., underage or outside Philippine jurisdiction);
• PAGCOR directs 56ph to suspend the account.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 56ph support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered GCash, PayMaya, or bank account after standard KYC and withdrawal processing. Bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility criteria will be voided upon closure.

56ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR regulatory directive or applicable law.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the page header. Continued use of the 56ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact 56ph support to initiate account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 56ph platform shall first be subject to an internal dispute resolution process initiated by contacting 56ph player support. 56ph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Disputes not resolved through the internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR's player mediation service or referred to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of disputes under these Terms.
